Come to a gentle, 45 minute yoga class to help start your day feeling refreshed and energized.
Experience is not necessary! Wear loose clothing and have an empty stomach. The classes are free if you bring your own mat. With advanced notice, for $15 we will purchase a mat for you that you can keep.
Classes will be held at 7:00-7:45 a.m. Monday-Friday by Karen Toohey, Certified Yoga Instructor.
